Gasconade is a city in Gasconade County, Missouri. The population is 172 as of the 2020 census.[5]

My name is Danny Holloway, I’m sending this email to the Missouri State Highway Patrol internal affairs department at the request of the FBI, who I was directed to by the Department of Justice. I was told the Mshp internal affairs has jurisdiction over local, and county police, and that it was here I should submit complaints regarding these issues. This regards Gasconade county, and the City of Gasconade. I’m attaching here complaints submitted to the DOJ, the Missouri Bar Association, and to the presiding county commissioner.. You can reach me at 573- 418-4627. I have many other complaints to file regarding a long list of crimes, but have not been able to get the city marshal to respond to any of my complaints. At this point he is a dangerous person regarding my interest, and personal well being, whom which I will have no further contact with for fear of unwarranted responses in keeping with my opponent’s interest.

To DOJ.

A local city marshal, and sheriff tried on three separate occasions to have me killed. They were doing this at the behest someone who’s interest it was to have me go away, to win a property dispute, and cover many other crimes committed against me. At the second attempt that was made, these officers fled the scene when they learned I contacted a friend by phone who was coming to pick me up from the location. This incident has two other witnesses that were cohersed into cooperation on scene to assist in achieving that goal, and one other witness that I was on the phone with throughout the incident. I’m afraid to give the officers names, or the witnesses until I have direct contact from the DOJ, or FBI investigators. The officers arrived on the scene parked In front of the house where I was inside and upstairs. They tried to get the home owner, and another party to get me to come downstairs, and when I wouldn’t they turned the power off in the house. After doing so i heard the officers sneaking in the downstairs, and then called out that I was unarmed while having my boss on the phone with me to hear the exchange. This stopped them, and they turned the power back on. They tried this same tactic three times until I got off the phone with my boss, and called a local friend to come to the location and pick me up. After leaning of this they tried to get me to tell them who was coming to pick me up, and when I wouldn’t tell them they fled the scene. When my friend arrived to pick me up they were gone, and as I was walking out the front door I turned and looked back to the homeowner, and he was holding up a note that said, “there gone now. Talk soon” There were witnesses to the first, and third attempts also but they may not be forthcoming, or willing to cooperate.

Further response.

This information is in reference to report number 583209-LQL to the DOJ, and the request for information regarding names of officials, and witnesses. The city marshal in question is Riley Lewis. The Gasconade county sheriff Scott Eiler, and deputy, (last name), Goodwin. The witnesses on scene were, homeowner John Blackburn, and City of Gasconade MO. resident Lola Depot (Redwine). On the phone with me through the majority of the exchange was Mark Randolph, owner of PMI inc., a Jefferson City MO. resident, and Chris Wolf of Morrison MO. was the friend I phoned lastly that came to the scene, and picked me up after the authorities fled. I have more information in the form of a complaint I submitted the the Missouri Bar association in its Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding Gasconade county prosecutor Mary Weston, and a complaint I submitted to the Gasconade county presiding Commissioner Tim Schulte requesting oversight of the county, and local police, if this portal will permit the addition. Again, as stated before, the two on scene witnesses have been, to my understanding, under the thumb, or rather, in the employ of marshal Lewis, and county deputies for some time, and will be likely afraid to come forward willing at the threat of retaliation from the sheriff’s deputies, and the marshal. I was at the residence of John Blackburn as neighbor helping to fix a problem with his homes water system, at the request of someone in Gasconade, where I reside, and had purchased properties, and ran a small store. All of which drew initially, the opponents to my position in the community, and the desire to take me over, and run me out of town. I have considerably more information in which I’m willing to submit, if only I can be provided further access to DOJ resources, and personnel. Any help with this in the form of a email address, or investigator to contact would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me further if more information is required, or for help with assisting in resolving this issue, and bringing these officials to justice. I will try and talk to Blackburn, and Redwine about coming forward, and signing a affidavit for submission, unless otherwise directed by the DOJ. Though right now, I’m trying to stay clear of the whole area, and this situation, (even my properties) until oversight authorities can begin a active roll in resolving this situation, and providing me some form of protection moving ahead. As I finally note: The third attempt made on my life I reference in the first complaint was made by way of city marshal Riley Lewis having told the county sheriffs department, and the highway patrol that I was in possession of a Gun, and then strategically running me to the rooftop of my building where he hoped something would go wrong, or that I might have something in my hand, and somebody would have to take a shot. I announced also at that moment that I was unarmed knowing what the city marshal had intended in that moment. The marshal was reportedly told by Terry Schnard that I was in possession of a gun, as told to me by my mother, who told me the city marshal told her, that day on the scene. Schnard is a known opponent to my financial interests in the City of Gasconade, and knows nothing of my personal life. City Marshal Lewis was previously a friend, and connected to everyone I knew in the city, a knew full well I was not in possession of a weapon. I had previously announced to many people in the city that I would never have a gun because I knew Riley Lewis would use that as an excuse to initiate a violent altercation as the situation grew knowingly out of control. There will be body cam footage confirming this account, as well as the strategy to force me onto the roof that day. Terry Schnard can be seen across the street clapping on his front porch after I was apprehended. This man, and his father Donald Hall have been at the forefront of a property buy out of the city, and have been quoted by others as having said “I’m the one that has to be taken out” These men have worked tirelessly with the city council, and its resources to dominate all significant properties in the town. They worked with others to destroy my business by robbing it, and destroying it’s credibility by rumors. Any help the highway patrol can offer in assistance to these concerns would be greatly appreciated. Thank you This complaint regards also robbery’s of my business that were never pursued, complaints turned in/ reported that were never acknowledged, and inaction of harassment complaints. I have considerably more information to submit but this portal would not handle the character count. o This complaint regards a series of events that are ongoing, and spanning a 3 1/2 year period. It is my opinion that enough factual evidence is present to conclude this involves Mary Weston, city marshal Riley Lewis, county sheriff Scott Eiler, parts of the town council of The City of Gasconade, and primarily mayor, Debbie Green. Mary Weston, serving as the prosecutor for the county of gasconade, has presided over a significant string of events, and initiatives by opponents of my financial institution, and personal life, which has resulted in multiple occurrences, in which attempts to run me through the system, and to get a conviction were made that would define me as something outside of my character in the eyes of the community. There are two notable associations to Mary Weston that would incline towards bias. The first is a man I was initially introduced to as the town drunk. This man, Rodger Fricky, was known to carry himself about town in a drunkenly, and disordered state while being dressed in tatter, dirty clothes, and imposing himself upon members of the community. After initially opening the (24 hour) vending store in Gasconade, he repeatedly would loiter in, or about my establishment. In response to this I assembled a petition of which the entire community signed, that asked the county prosecutor to please assign this man, Mr Fricky to some form of court ordered alcohol rehabilitation the next time he infringed upon the law. After the initial assembly of the petition, I phoned Mrs. Weston to inform her of the community intent with said petition, and during this initial conversation in which I approached her for the first time, as a business owner in the community. She all most immediately, became very defensive, and standoffish. leaving me confused about the interaction. I then later, having not yet turned in the petition, had Mr. Fricky charged with trespassing, after one night hanging around inside the store drunk, where he unplugged one of the soda machines so that he could charge his phone. It was my understanding that the ticket resulted in $900 expense to Mr. Fricky. It was then brought to my attention that Mr. Fricky, and the prosecutor, Weston had been an item in their past lives, having engaged each other intimately several times, and on a routine basis many years prior. As it was told to me. The second instance of bias by association involves my former venture partner, and fiancé, Morgan Pfaff who for some years prior to these events starting, worked at Fernweh distilling company. The restaurant, and bar in Hermann that was the only eating establishment on the same block as the courthouse. It was there, that I believe Pfaff befriended the prosecutor, and many of the staff of the gasconade county courthouse. This was where further favor against me was gained by Pfaff. This list of interactions involving the prosecutor include actions against, and the lack of action, that would have been in my necessity to combating the criminal activities against me. Two separate robberies that occurred at our vending store, being reported, responded to, then left at no response after being informed by the marshal that he was aware of who the perpetrators were. A report of a false accusation to police by Pfaff with no charges being brought. A complaint being issued regarding Pfaff removing our 4 1/2 year-old son without a court order. A complaint being filed regarding a friend who could stand witness to activities against me, who believed he was being poisoned, and got no response or confirmation of receipt of complaint. Then also the addition of numerous other reports of harassment, and robberies to the city Marshall (Lewis) that went unanswered. Mary Weston, and Ada Brehe-Krueger presided over multiple ex parte’s being granted against me regarding unsubstantiated accounts levied by my opponents involved in the town buyout. Also the custody hearing one year after my child was removed from his home without a court order. A hearing I was neither notified of, or present for. A lawsuit, and a eviction notice on one of my contracted properties, as a result of my failure to pay. An attempt to charge me with burglary for putting a note on the front porch door of a former employee’s house. Of which I was arrested, held in jail through an arraignment and preliminary hearings just to have the Chargers dropped with the sheriff going around town, and informing my family, and friends they were not allowed to bail me out of jail. Then another attempt to charge me with burglary after attempting to enter the basement of a friend’s house, who it is believed by me, was pressured into filing charges by the gasconade county sheriff. She then refused, on two occasions, to appear in testimony, and the charges were dropped. While I was again held in jail until which time the Chargers were dropped. In a final attempt to arrest me for new charges, once again Weston attempted to misrepresent me by charging me with assault on a police officer. A charge generated from the consequence of him, hurting his arm crawling on the roof of my structure, me having no contact at all, and being well beyond a perfectly safe distance from him. Those charges were also later dropped after the looming threat amidst that preliminary hearing, and a failure again to remove me from the community under false pretenses. At that final preliminary hearing, during her remarks regarding bond reduction, she grossly exaggerated, to the negative, my history, and successes in being compliant with law-enforcement. Gross misrepresentations that can be confirmed via the courtroom stenographer, and the factual records that would have been an available to Weston. After the most recent arrest, I was phoned twice at the Franklin County Jail by Judge Abra Bre Krueger. First at 12, and then at, 24 hours. The first time to arraign me, and the second time, to read new charges, where in she continued to repeat charges from my past along with each new charge. After asking why she continued to repeat a charge from over 20 years ago The judge replied over the phone, that it was because she was trying to establish that I was prior and persistent although there were no legal associations in any way between those former charges, and the current charges. It is my understanding of the law, that it’s the prosecutors purview to establish prior, and persistent, and not a seated judges position. This is not an educated assertion, but to me appears clearly biased. I was held on a $50,000 cash only bond for the erroneous charge of “assault on an officer”, and a resisting arrest charge which was statutorily a misdemeanor charge, but being pursued as a felony . My council argued the statutory position on the resisting charge, and the argument was overruled. It’s also worth noting that the basis of the resisting charge, was that on two separate occasions, before being apprehended, I fought with the arresting officers, a situation which could not be confirmed, because for some reason, out of the four or five officers who attacked me when they could’ve just pulled their Service weapons, and said “Mr. Holloway we’re going to have to place you under arrest” had no body camera footage, because they all had apparently run over memory capacity and no one bothered to put a new card in the body cams before they proceeded. After many months in jail, and the initial preliminary hearings, eventually the assault on an officer charge was dropped and the $50,000 cash only bond removed after sitting in jail for nearly 7 months. After asking for a change of venue the calendar date for the jury trial was set for Dec 2026, almost 2 years into the future. Pfaff initiated this long-standing turn against me on 11/18/2021 at 10:30 PM when her, and her associates claimed I was holding her, and our 4 1/2 year-old son captive, while I was away from the home that evening. I returned home early, in doing so caught her attempting to leave the house with her father who is parked down the road. There intention was leaving me undefended to the highway patrol, where there claim could go uncontested, and to have me held without bail, The highway patrol, which upon me coming home early, approached our home in response to the call, and inconsequence, had the opportunity to interview me, and her, thus determining I took no said actions. I was allowed to stay home, but the highway patrol allowed her to take our son under duress. I never saw my son again after that night. Not one picture, phone call, or correspondence to assure me of his location, and well-being. The following day I phoned the city Marshall, who was confused, and surprised at the available response of two highway patrolman in that area, at that time of night. He then informed me a day, or two later that the sheriff of gasconade County, (Scott Eiler) informed him that there were no highway patrolman on the scene, and that only he was there. I contested this assessment, assuring Lewis, that I could clearly tell the difference between two peace officers in blue, and one in black, or brown, interviewing me for 15 minutes. This notion was dismissed along with any response, spoken, or otherwise, regarding my thorough complaints filed to Lewis. Those complaints, were in regard to my son being taken from his home without a court order. The false report made to the highway patrol by Pfaff, and a complaint about a neighbor who had believed himself being poisoned, having passed away under suspicious circumstances. The complaints were sent in duplicate via Facebook messenger, and the city marshals personal cell phone in a text message. I have not yet pursued an information request from the highway patrol from that night to assert, and refute, Riley Lewis, and Scott Eiler’s claim of what occurred that night. I’m hoping that this office of the disciplinary committee can help me with these issues, and the others, regarding Weston, along with turning over these reports, and claims to the necessary internal affairs departments. There were many other criminal actions perpetrated against me personally, and my financial institution which was to be collectively, Gasconade Foods LLC. ,and Town Square Properties. The remainder of these complaints, of which are yet to be turned over, referring to these countless incidents of foul play towards me, and many people in the community of, The City of Gasconade, are in my lawyers possession. That of some 50, to 100 recorded deposition’s, in voicemail notes pertaining to all those involved, the network of people, and the tier’s of their association. I thank you for your time, and considerations on this matter.
